Data Deletion Requests

This page explains how Aurora handles a request to delete advertising data retrieved from a connected Google Ads or Meta advertising account.

How to request deletion

Email hello@auroracommerce.ai from the email address on your Aurora account, naming the brand and the advertising account the request covers. If Meta gave you a confirmation code, include it.

What happens next

We confirm that we have received your request, delete the advertising data retrieved from that account within 30 days, and reply when it is done. Deleting historical advertising data changes previously reported profit and loss figures for the affected periods. Copies held in encrypted backups are not altered, and are overwritten as those backups expire on their normal schedule.

Disconnecting is not deleting

Once you revoke Aurora's access to an advertising account, Aurora can no longer retrieve new data from it, but that does not delete data already retrieved. To remove that data, send a deletion request as described above. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data in full.
